Is Otomate custodial?

No. Your funds live in your own Nado subaccount on Ink, not in an Otomate wallet, database, or vault. We sign trades on your behalf via EIP-712 delegation, but we can never withdraw. You hold the keys, always.

What happens if Otomate goes down?

Your positions stay open on Nado Protocol, which is independent infrastructure. You can close them directly from the Nado app, or withdraw any time. Otomate is an execution and intelligence layer, not the platform your funds sit on.

How are fees structured?

We charge 0.1% per copy trade and 0.02% per automated strategy order. Nado builder fees and maker or taker rates apply on top. No subscription, no monthly plan, no premium tier. The app is free to use.

What's the minimum deposit?

Delta Neutral starts at $50, most other strategies at $100. There is no upper limit. You can also start by swapping or manual trading with any amount via the spot and trade terminals.

Can I trade manually instead of using automation?

Yes. Otomate has a perpetual terminal at /trade and a spot DEX at /spot. You can automate some strategies while trading manually on the same account.

What's the difference between Autopilot and Copy Trading?

Copy Trading mirrors a single trader you pick. Autopilot scores wallets, builds a basket matching your risk profile, and rebalances over time. Historical performance data is informational and does not guarantee future results.

oTo scores indexed wallets on risk-adjusted ROI, consistency, sample size, and drawdown. A correlation filter helps avoid stacking similar strategies in one basket. Scores update from market and on-chain data.

Execution happens on Ink Protocol via Nado. Hyperliquid is indexed as a data source for trader discovery. Supported markets can include crypto, commodity, and equity perpetual markets depending on venue availability.

oTo reads wallet-connected activity so it can answer in context. Conversations may be stored per wallet address to preserve continuity. You can clear memory when supported by the app.
